Biography
Jesse Bockstedt received the MS degree in mechanical engineering in 2004. He is currently working toward the PhD degree in information systems at the University of Minnesota (expected 2008). He has worked in the services research group at IBM Research and as a management and IT consultant with Accenture in the telecommunications industry. He has published research in Communications of the ACM, Information Technology and Management, the International Journal of Electronic Commerce, and MIS Quarterly. His research interests include IT evolution, business intelligence, the impact of new IT on markets and consumers, and data visualization.(Based on document published on 22 April 2008).
