Biography
Chih-Hao Chang (S'99) was born in Taipei, Taiwan, in 1973. He received the B.S. degree from National Taiwan University, Taipei, Taiwan, in 1995 and the Ph.D. degree from the University of California, Berkeley in 2002, both in electrical engineering.,During 1995–1997, he served in the Chinese Army. His research interests include high-speed vertical cavity surface emitting lasers, dynamics of injection locking, and WDM systems.(Based on document published on 6 February 2004).
