Biography
Men-Shen Tsai was born in Taiwan in 1961. In 1993, he received the Doctoral degree from the Department of Electrical Engineering, Universityof Washington, Seattle, U.S.A. He is currently an Associate Professor at the Graduate Institute of Automation Technology, National Taipei University of Technology, Taipei, Taiwan.,His research areas include applications of intelligent systems to power systems and applications of distributed systems for distribution automation.(Based on document published on 17 November 2011).
