Biography
Se Jong Rhee received the B.E. degree in electronic materials and devices engineering from Inha University, Inchon, Korea, in 1996, the M.S. degree in electrical and computer engineering from the University of California, San Diego, in 2001, and the Ph.D. degree in electrical and computer engineering at the University of Texas, Austin, in 2005. His Ph.D. study was on process integration of multimetal high-$k$ dielectric MOSFETs and related reliability and physics.,From 1996 to 1998, he worked at the Memory R&D Center, Hynix Semiconductor Inc., Ichon, Korea. He was involved in the research of 4-Gb dynamic RAM (DRAM) process integration. In 2005, he joined Qualcomm Microelectromechanical Systems (MEMS) Technologies, and his current researches...
