Biography

Chengyong Zhao (M'05) was born in Zhejiang Province, China. He received the B.S., M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in power system and its automation from North China Electric Power University (NCEPU) in 1988, 1993 and 2001 respectively. His fields of interest include power system harmonics, power quality, power electronics and flexible AC transmission system (FACTS).(Based on document published on 16 October 2006).
