Biography
Seung Ho Yoo received the B.E. degree in metallurgical engineering, the M.B.A. degree in management science and information system, and the Ph.D. degree in logistics, service, and operations management from Korea University, Seoul, South Korea, in 2000, 2004, and 2009, respectively. He is currently an Associate Professor with the Division of Interdisciplinary Industrial Studies, Hanyang University, Seoul.
