Biography

Jian Chen (Member, IEEE) received the B.S. degree in electrical engineering from Qinghai University, Xining, Qinghai, China, in 2016, and the Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering from Chongqing University, Chongqing, China, in 2021.,He is currently an Assistant Professor with the School of Electrical Engineering, Southwest Jiaotong University, Chengdu, China. His current research interests include wide bandgap device characteristics and models, active gate drivers, and power electronic integration.(Based on document published on 17 October 2024).
