Biography

Jia Qin received the B.S. degree from Shanxi University, Taiyuan, China, in 2015. She is currently working toward the Ph.D. degree with the Institute of Information Science, Beijing Jiaotong University, Beijing, China. Her research interests include image inpainting and image/video compression, such as HEVC and rate control algorithm.(Based on document published on 12 July 2022).
