Biography
Long Zhang (Member, IEEE) received the Ph.D. degree in information and communication engineering from the National Key Laboratory of Wireless Communications, University of Electronic Science and Technology of China, Chengdu, China, in 2024. He is currently a Researcher with Tsinghua Sichuan Energy Internet Research Institute, Chengdu.
