Biography
Jorge Navarro was born in Culiacán, Sinaloa, Mexico, in 1963. He received the B.S. degree in mathematics, in 1989, and the M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in computer science from the Universidad Autónoma de Sinaloa, in 1997 and 2004, respectively.(Based on document published on 4 January 2023).
