Biography
Yonggui Fu was born in Shanxi, China, in 1976. He received the B.S. and M.S. degrees from the Shanxi University of Finance and Economics, Taiyuan, China, in 1998 and 2007, respectively, and the Ph.D. degree from the Central University of Finance and Economics, Beijing, China, in 2018.,He is currently an Associate Professor with the Shanxi University of Finance and Economics.
