Biography
Gianluca Fontanesi (Member, IEEE) received the B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees in telecommunication engineering from Politecnico of Milan, Italy, in 2009 and 2012, respectively, and the Ph.D. degree from University College Dublin, in 2022. In 2022, he joined the Interdisciplinary Centre for Security, Reliability and Trust (SnT), University of Luxembourg. He has several years of industrial experience, focused on the development and testing of wireless systems, and air-to-ground communication. During the Ph.D., he was a member of the EIRSAT-1 Project, Ireland’s first satellite.
