Ning Zhao was born in Tangshan, Hebei, China, in 1993. He received the M.S. degree from the School of Electrical Engineering and Automation, Tianjin University, Tianjin, China, in 2018.,Since 2018, he has been an Engineer with State Grid Tianjin Electric Power Company, China. His current research interests include pulsed power technology and nanocomposite insulating materials.(Based on document published on 19 June 2019).
