Biography
Xun Shao (Member, IEEE) received the Ph.D. degree in information science from the Graduate School of Information Science and Technology, Osaka University, Japan, in 2013. From 2013 to 2017, he was a Researcher with the National Institute of Information and Communications Technology, Japan. He is currently an Assistant Professor with the School of Regional Innovation and Social Design Engineering, Kitami Institute of Technology, Japan.
