Biography
Qisheng Huang (Member, IEEE) received the B.S. degree in electrical engineering from Xi'an Jiaotong University, Xi'an, China, in 2014, and the Ph.D. degree from the Singapore University of Technology and Design (SUTD), Singapore, 2019. From 2019 to 2020, he was a Postdoc Research Fellow with SUTD, and a Postdoctoral Researcher with the Chinese University of Hong Kong, Shenzhen, China, from 2020 to 2022. He is currently an Assistant Professor with the Harbin Institute of Technology, Shenzhen, Shenzhen, China.
