Biography

Jiaxi Ying received the B.S. degree from the School of Science, Nanjing University of Science and Technology, in 2012, and the M.S. degree from the Department of Electronic Science, Xiamen University, in 2017. Since 2017, he has been a Research Assistant with the Department of Mathematics, The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, Hong Kong. His research interests include optimization, statistical signal processing, information theory, harmonic analysis, and their applications to machine learning, medical imaging, and inverse problems.(Based on document published on 2 October 2018).
