Biography

Hongbin Chang was born in Liaoning, China, in 1988. He received the B.S. degree in statistics from Shenyang Normal University, Shenyang, China, in 2011, the M.S. degree in control theory and control engineering from the Shenyang University of Technology, Shenyang, in 2016, and the Ph.D. degree in engineering from the Kochi University of Technology, Kami, Japan, in 2019.,He is currently an Associate Professor with the School of Artificial Intelligence, Shenyang University of Technology. His current research interests include robot control system, stochastic system, rehabilitation robots, and fuzzy adaptive control.(Based on document published on 22 March 2023).
