Biography

Xin Shan received the B.S. degree in electrical engineering from Tianjin University, China, in 2003, and the M.S. degree in power engineering from the State Grid Electric Power Research Institute, in 2006.,He is currently the Vice General Manager of Power Grid Dispatching & Control Technology Branch Company, NARI Group Corporation.
