Biography
Girish Pahwa (Member, IEEE) received the M.Tech. and Ph.D. degrees in electrical engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Kanpur, Kanpur, India, in 2020.,He is currently an Assistant Professional Researcher with the Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Sciences (EECS), University of California (UC) Berkeley, Berkeley, CA, USA. He is also the Executive Director of the Berkeley Device Modeling Center (BDMC), UC Berkeley. From 2020 to 2021, he was a Postdoctoral Researcher with the Department of EECS, UC Berkeley. He is a Co-Developer of industry-standard BSIM-CMG, BSIM-IMG, BSIM-BULK, BSIM-SOI, and BSIM4 models.
