Biography
Stefania Carapezzi received the Ph.D. degree in physics from the University of Bologna, Bologna, Italy, in 2014.,From 2014 to 2019, she was a Research Fellow at the Department of Physics and then at the Advanced Research Center on Electronic System, University of Bologna. Since February 2020, she has been a Post-Doctoral Researcher at the Laboratoire d’Informatique de Robotique et de Microélectronique de Montpellier (LIRMM), CNRS, Microelectronics Department, University of Montpellier, Montpellier, France. Her research interests mainly focus on developing technology computer-aided design (TCAD) models and performing TCAD electronic transport simulations of nanoscaled transistors and beyond-CMOS devices.(Based on document published on 8 September 2021).
