Biography
Qiao Tan was born in Shaoshan, China, in 1981. She received the B.S. and M.S. degrees in optical engineering from Harbin Engineering University, Harbin, China, in 2003 and 2005, respectively, and the Ph.D. degree in electric power engineering from Fuzhou University, Fuzhou, China, in 2017.,She has been an Associate Professor with Minjiang University, Fujian, China, since 2017.
