Biography
Miao Liu (M’18) received the B.Sc. degree in communication engineering from the University of Electric Science and Technology of China, Chengdu, China, in 2003, and the M.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees in communication engineering from Southeast University, Nanjing, China, in 2006 and 2018, respectively. He is currently an Assistant Professor with the Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications, Nanjing, China.(Based on document published on 16 July 2019). Author's Published Works
