Biography
Yan Li (M’16) received the B.S., M.S., and Ph.D. degrees in automatic, disaster prevention, and mitigation engineering and pattern recognition and intelligent system from Central South University, Changsha, China, in 1999, 2003, and 2007, respectively.,She also performs research works in the electrical engineering postdoctoral research station of Hunan University.,She has been working as a teacher in the School of Science Information and Engineering, Central South University.
