Biography
Yan Pan received the B.S. and Ph.D. degrees from Northwestern Polytechnical University, Xi’an, China, in 2013 and 2021, respectively.,He has been a Lecturer with the Science and Technology on Information Systems Engineering Laboratory, National University of Defense Technology, Changsha, China, since December 2020. He was a visiting student with the University of Maryland, College Park, MD, USA, from January 2017 to November 2018.
