Biography
Fushan Wei received the M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in applied mathematics from the Zhengzhou Information Science and Technology Institute, China, in 2008 and 2011, respectively. He is currently an Associate Professor with the State Key Laboratory of Mathematical Engineering and Advanced Computing, Zhengzhou, China, and the Henan Key Laboratory of Network Cryptography Technology, Zhengzhou.
