Biography

Zhaoyang Liu was born in Jilin, China, in 1989. He received the B.S. degree in applied physics from Jilin University, Changchun, China, in 2011, and the Ph.D. degree in microelectronics and solid-state electronics from the Institute of Semiconductors, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Beijing, China, in 2016.,He is an Associate Professor with Shenyang Institute of Automation, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Shenyang, China. His research interests involve terahertz integrated circuits and systems for imaging.(Based on document published on 13 May 2024).
