Biography

Yuqing Li (Associate Member, IEEE) received the B.S. degree in communication engineering from Xidian University, Xi’an, China, in 2014, and the Ph.D. degree in electronic engineering from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Shanghai, China, in 2019.,From 2019 to 2020, she was a Post-Doctoral Fellow with The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, Hong Kong. From 2020 to 2022, she was a Researcher with the Huawei Hong Kong Research Center, Hong Kong. She is currently an Associate Professor with the School of Cyber Science and Engineering, Wuhan University, Wuhan, China. We have systematically analyzed the components of source/drain (S/D) resistance (RSD) in InGaAs n-MOSFETs with Ni-InGaAs metal S/D.
