Biography
Fei Hui received the Ph.D. degree from the Department of Computer System Architecture, Xi’an Institute of Microelectronics Technology, in 2009. He is currently an Associate Professor with the School of Information Engineering, Chang’an University, Xi’an, China. He has been involved in the China 863 Project (technical director), information technology major project of transportation ministry (technical director), and the National Natural Science Foundation Project.
