Biography
Bekir S. Ciftler (Member, IEEE) received the B.S. degree from Middle East Technical University, Ankara, Turkey, in 2011, the M.S. degree from the TOBB University of Economics and Technology, Ankara, in 2013, and the Ph.D. degree in electrical and computer engineering from Florida International University, Miami, FL, USA, in 2017. His current research interests include wireless localization and tracking for Internet of Things, software-defined radios, 5G and mmWave networks, and MIMO systems.(Based on document published on 30 April 2024).
