Biography
Cheng-Yen Chou (S’91–M’97) received the B.S. degree from National Tsing-Hua University, Hsinchu, Taiwan, and the M.S. degree from the National Yunlin University of Science and Technology, Yunlin, Taiwan, in 1997. He is currently working toward the Ph.D. degree at the National Taiwan University of Science and Technology, Taipei, Taiwan.,He is also with Darfon Electronic Corp., Taoyuan.(Based on document published on 11 October 2016).
