Biography
Shengwei Mei (Fellow, IEEE) received the B.Sc. degree in mathematics from Xinjiang University, Urumqi, China, in 1984, the M.Sc. degree in operations research from Tsinghua University, Beijing, China, in 1989, and the Ph.D. degree in automatic control from the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Beijing, in 1996.,He is currently a Professor with Tsinghua University.
