Biography

Wenli Yao (Member, IEEE) received the B.S., M.S., and Ph.D. degrees in electrical engineering from Northwestern Polytechnical University, Xi’an, China, in 2009, 2012, and 2017, respectively.,From 2013 to 2015, he was a Visiting Scholar with Aalborg University, Aalborg, Denmark. From 2017 to 2019, he was a Research Fellow with the Rolls-Royce@NTU Corporate Lab, School of Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Nanayang Technological University, Singapore. Since May 2019, he has been with Northwestern Polytechnical University as an Associate Professor. His research interests include current control, grid-connected inverter, multipulse converter, and power decoupling.(Based on document published on 3 October 2024).
