Biography
Arani Bhattacharya (Member, IEEE) received the B.Tech. degree in computer science from West Bengal University of Technology in 2011, the M.Tech. degree in computer science from the Indian Statistical Institute in 2013, and the Ph.D. degree in computer science from Stony Brook University in 2019. He is currently an Assistant Professor with Indraprastha Institute of Information Technology, Delhi (IIIT-Delhi), India. He is passionate about integrating both model and data-driven techniques into working systems and studying their performance tradeoffs. His research interests include wireless networks, edge computing, studying problems related to performance of traffic surveillance systems, WiFi 6, and mobile systems in developing countries.(Based on document published on 16 August 2021).
