Biography
Zhiyong Zhang received the B.S. degree in electronics engineering from Nankai University, Tianjin, China, in 1999, and the Ph.D. degree from the Institute of Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Beijing, China, in 2006.,He is currently a Professor with the Department of Electronics, Peking University, Beijing, China. His current research interests include high-performance carbon nanotube and graphene electrical devices and integrated circuits.(Based on document published on 21 October 2014).
