Biography
Ivonne Escorcia Carranza (Member, IEEE) received the B.E. degree from John Brown University, Siloam Springs, AR, USA, in 2007, the M.S.E.E. degree from the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville, AR, USA, in 2010, and the Ph.D. degree in electronics and electrical engineering from the University of Glasgow, Glasgow, U.K., in 2015. She is currently a Research Assistant with the School of Engineering, University of Glasgow, working with the Microsystem Technology Group. She is the Lead Researcher in the design and characterization of CMOS THz detectors. Her research interests include mixed-signal IC design, CMOS sensors and THz imaging.
