Biography
Shaoshuai Fan received the M.S. degree from Jilin University, Changchun, China, in 2009, and the Ph.D. degree from the Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications (BUPT), Beijing, China, in 2015, where he was a Postdoctoral Researcher, from 2015 to 2017. He is currently a Lecturer with BUPT. His research interests include networking technologies for 5G and beyond, localization theory and technologies, and mobile edge caching.(Based on document published on 19 September 2019).
