Biography
Fei Wang received the B.E. degree in electrical and information engineering from Northwest University, in 1998, the M.E. degree in communication and information system from Xi’an Institute of Optics and Precision Mechanics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, in 2002, and 2009 and the Ph.D. degree in control science and engineering from Xi’an Jiaotong University (XJTU), Xian, China, in 1998. He is currently an Associate Professor with Xi’an Jiaotong University.
