Biography
Wenxin Liu (S’01–M’05–SM’14) received the B.S. degree in industrial automation and the M.S. degree in control theory and applications from Northeastern University, Shenyang, China, in 1996 and 2000, respectively, and the Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering from the Missouri University of Science and Technology (formerly University of Missouri-Rolla), Rolla, MO, USA, in 2005.,He then worked as an Assistant Scholar Scientist in the Center for Advanced Power Systems, Florida State University, Tallahassee, FL, USA, until 2009. From 2009 to 2014, he was an Assistant Professor in the Klipsch School of Electrical and Computer Engineering, New Mexico State University, Las Cruces, NM, USA.
