Biography
Meng Sun received the B.S. degree from Northwest University, Xi’an, China, in 2010, the M.S. degree from the South China University of Technology, Guangzhou, China, in 2013, and the Ph.D. degree from the IETR Laboratory, Polytech Nantes, Université de Nantes, Nantes, France, in 2016.,He is currently with the Information Engineering College, Shanghai Maritime University, Shanghai, China.
