Biography

Joseph Landon Garry (Member, IEEE) received the B.S. degree from Tennessee Technological University, Cookeville, TN, USA, in 2011, and the M.S. and Ph.D. degrees from Ohio State University (OSU), Columbus, OH, USA, in 2015 and 2017, respectively, all in electrical engineering.,He is currently a Senior Professional Staff Member with the Radar and Electronic Warfare Systems Development Group, Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory, Laurel, MD, USA. Prior to this, he was a Research Associate with OSU's Cognitive Sensing Laboratory, helping overseeing passive radar system and algorithm development.(Based on document published on 11 June 2021).
