Biography
Zhan Xu (Member, IEEE) received the B.E., M.S., and Ph.D. degrees in information and communication engineering from the Beijing Institute of Technology, Beijing, China, in 2004, 2006, and 2010.,He is currently a Professor with the Key Laboratory of Modern Measurement and Control Technology, Ministry of Education, Beijing Information Science and Technology University, Beijing, China.
