Biography
Ali M. El-Rifaie (Senior Member, IEEE) received the B.Sc. degree in electrical power and machines, the M.Sc. degree in electrical power system engineering, and the Ph.D. degree in power system protection from Helwan University, Egypt, in 1998, 2005, and 2011, respectively. From 2000 to 2004, he was a Demonstrator with the Electrical Power and Machines Department, Faculty of Engineering and Technology, Helwan University. From 2005 to 2010, he was a Research Assistant with the Egyptian National Institute for Standards (NIS), where he was a Researcher with the High Voltage Metrology Laboratory, From 2010 To 2015.
