Xianrong Chang Xianrong Chang was born in Jilin, China, on January 20, 1956. He receivedB.S.(1981) and M.S.(1984) degrees from WuHan Hydroelectric Power Institute, received Ph.D.(1992) degrees from North China Institute of Electric Power. His special field is electric power system and automation. He is now a professor of the Department of Electric Power Engineering, North China Electric Power University. His research interests included nonlinear system control, Electric power system modeling, simulation and analysis, Electric power system stability technology research and Electric machine supervision and control.,X.
