Biography
Shaoming Chen received the bachelor’s and master’s degrees in electronics and information engineering from the Huazhong University of Science and Technology, Wuhan, China, in 2008 and 2011, respectively, and the Ph.D. degree in electrical and computer engineering from Louisiana State University, Baton Rouge, LA, USA, in 2016.,He is a Senior Designer with AMD, Austin, TX, USA.
