1. INTRODUCTION
Change detection based on PolSAR data is an important method of detecting changes on the Earth’s surface and has various applications in earth monitoring, urban planning, damage assessment, agriculture investigation, etc. With the increase in the number of remote sensing radar sensors, polarimetric SAR data has become more widely available, providing a good source of information for studying the evolution of large areas over time. Change detection is a process that identifies changes that have occurred between remote sensing images acquired at different times of the same geographic area. The result is a generation of a change detection map in which the modified areas are explicitly identified.
