Abstract:
Although digital identities are frequently secured through biometric authentication, they remain vulnerable to various spoofing attacks. Enhancing security necessitates the implementation of liveness detection systems. This study reviews the latest state-of- the-art identity recognition methods and introduces a multi-modal liveness detection system designed to differentiate between spoofing attempts and genuine biometric traits. The proposed ultra-modern biometric system employs multi-modal access control, incorporating face, vein, eye, and finger biometric formats to achieve seamless and highly secure access control. Additionally, this study discusses about real-time spyware and malware detection capabilities, broadening its application scope. Finally, the possible research outcomes were discussed. These advanced technologies promise significant enhancements in global security and efficiency, showcasing the transformative potential of cutting-edge innovations.
