As the technology to spoof or disable GPS becomes more readily available, the need for accurate dead reck-oning technology has increased. By utilising clocks, gyroscopes, and accelerometers, along with knowing the initial position, an accurate final position can be determined.

Abstract:
We present the development of on-cell polarisers for use at operating temperature of MEMS vapour cells by accounting for waveplate thickness and birefringence temperature dependence. Implementing on-cell, the SWaP-C of the miniature-atom-interrogation systems reduces. This design-fabrication process is adaptable to other temperatures, wavelengths, and polarisations.
