I. Introduction
The complex and mysterious nature of the human mind makes understanding mental health using conventional means extremely difficult. Factors become muddled, symptoms blend together, and diagnoses are frequently obscured in an annoying fog. Misdiagnosis is a silent storm that severely damages people's emotional and behavioral landscapes, when we are unable to find the problem especially those of vulnerable kids. These hidden problems are described as “someone's thoughts or feelings how they get along with others are different than normal in their everyday life” by the World Health Organization, a global sentinel for mental well-being.
