Photovoltaic power generation has its own characteristics, photovoltaic power peak and valley and load electricity peak and valley are completely inconsistent, which causes photovoltaic waste and excessive load, etc[4]-[7]. How to use the new energy storage system to regulate the grid, so that the distribution network is the most economical and stable operation, complete photovoltaic consumption, and reduce the grid peak and valley difference, this is facing a huge challenge [8] [9]. Jiangsu in the future potential micro grid number will reach millions, the number of connected devices reach tens of millions, the number of data information generated can reach hundreds of millions, the distribution network as a hub platform for energy distribution, resource coordination, user service put forward new requirements, electric vehicles, multi-load and other multi-subject wide access to the grid, electric vehicle load has the characteristics of time variability and randomness, large-scale disordered charging behavior of electric vehicles will further improve the peak and valley difference of the grid, resulting in the phenomenon of peak on peak. How to use the energy storage system to optimize management to avoid aggravating the peak and valley difference, this is also a new topic [10]-[12].
