I. Introduction
Two dreadful diseases Cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases are both mostly caused by hypertension and stroke. They are a major global cause of avoidable premature death. According to the WHO, 15 million humans worldwide suffer from stroke each year, while 1.28 billion adults aged 30-79 are estimated to have hypertension. Five million of them pass away, and another five million become permanently crippled, burdening the family and the community.
